FOR OVERSEAS DEALERS

1. About PMC

PMC is a company that designs and sells reproduction and custom parts for Z-series motorcycles, also known as “classic motorcycles,” including the Kawasaki Z1.
We also use our know-how to develop and sell custom and dress-up parts for new motorcycles, such as the Kawasaki Z900RS or Z650RS.
Our mission is to deliver the best products for all owners around the world, and can ride their beloved motorcycles for the future with ease.

2. Terms of Business

Thank you for considering doing business with PMC. We have a pre-screening process for new business. Please see the information below.

[Conditions to certify as a dealer]

1) You must be engaged in a business related to the sale of motorcycle vehicles and equipment.

*For physical stores
You must have a physical motorcycle store with a sign.
The exterior and interior must be able to be confirmed on your website.
*For websites
You must operate a sales site that specializes in motorcycles.
*We may decline applications if you are only running a shopping site.
*Please note that we cannot do business with individual customers.

2) First year transaction estimates and contract renewal

Corporate contracts are entered into when total annual transaction volume is expected to be 500,000 yen or more in the first year. In addition, the minimum purchase amount per transaction will be set at 100,000 yen.
From the second year onwards, if total annual transaction volume falls significantly below 500,000 yen, the contract may be terminated.

If you fill the above conditions and would like to do business with us, please apply using the form below. When we accept your application, we will assume that you have agreed to the above terms.
*When you place your first order, we will charge you a new wholesale registration fee of 10,000yen in addition to the product price. Thank you for your understanding.

If the form is accepted successfully, the person in charge will contact you within one week. If a new contract is concluded, we will also provide you with the order ID and password described in the next section, so please be prepared to receive emails from onlineshop@win-pmc.com.

3. Details of the transaction

・Orders can be accepted by the PMC online shop.

*You can place an order without login, but we will provide you with the standard rate.
So, you may log in at the following URL using the ID and password provided in the reply email when you signed the corporate contract.

Please note that if you use “World Shopping Bizz” displayed at the bottom of the screen, you will also be provided with the standard rate even after login.
・There are two main ways to order.
1) Select products by car model or parts, add them to your cart one by one, and order.
2) If you know the product number, enter the number all at once and order.
*Up to 50 items per order.
・Add the cart with all the items you want to order, proceed to the payment screen. On screen 1, there are required items for shipping, so don’t forget to check them.

On screen 2 you will be asked to select your payment method.

Shipping costs will be displayed on screen 3, but they are set for shipping within Japan so please ignore this amount.

When you press the “Confirm your order”,  button at the bottom, your order will be completed.

・After your order from online shop, we will calculate the shipping cost and email you a total quote to confirm your order.
*We offer two shipping methods: air and sea.
And tihs time, the products with an undecided shipping date or which will be shipped in several months, we may ask you whether you would like to postpone shipping until the products are ready or cancel the products for now.
・Once you agree with our quote, we will email you an invoice with our bank account details.
After confirmed your payment, we will pack and ship the products and contact you to inform that the arrangements have been completed.
